    For most of the concrete tools in the Kraft catalog, we offer a 20% discount off the suggested retail and that price includes shipping to any of the 48 contiguous states (exceptions to the 20% discount are usually for items that are either very heavy or very long where UPS charges a premium for delivery, or for items that must be shipped by truck).  Even in those cases, however, ordering several other concrete tools with the longer items can still get you the normal discount.

     Below the index, you'll find the catalog page numbers.  Simply click on the catalog page number and a new browser will open that will show that page of concrete tools. 

    Once you've found something that interests you, click here to open our concrete tool price list.  It will open into a new window and you can then switch back and forth between the catalog pages and the price list.

    In some cases, our discounted price won't be shown because the length or weight of the item makes it necessary to custom quote it and to take into account how many of the items that you might want or what other concrete tools might be ordered with it.   

GETTING A QUOTE

    When you've decided on the concrete tools that interest you, e-mail the tool numbers to us at: ax@cei.net for a firm quote that will include shipping to your location, so be sure to include your city and zip code AND specify the concrete tool number.  Also, please indicate how many of an item you need. We'll get back with you as fast as possible with your quote, even during most weekends.  What you do from there is up to you.  We don't pressure anyone to buy, and we don't expect to make a sale for every quote.

    NOTE:  While you're welcome to call us at any time with questions, we prefer to give quotes by e-mail so we can take our time to do it right.  Keeping quotes in writing also helps to avoid errors and confusion.

PAYING FOR YOUR TOOLS

     When you have your quote, and you've decided to buy, you can pay by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, money order or cashiers check.  If you're not registered with PayPal, you can do so at www.paypal.com.   Our PayPal account is ax@cei.net.  For mailed payments, use the address at the bottom of this page.  For Visa or MasterCard, e-mail your phone number so we can call you to get the card information.  Please don't e-mail your card information.

           However you decide to send payment, be sure to specify exactly which concrete tools you want so we don't get confused, even if you've already specified the tool numbers for your quote (sending a copy of the quote is very helpful).  Also, make sure you give us a physical address for delivery.

   Shipment of your concrete tools will normally take place within 48 hours after receipt of payment.  If we're temporarily out of an item you want, you'll be given the option to wait until it is available or get an immediate refund.  NOTE:  BEING OUT OF STOCK IS EXTREMELY RARE.

     With your first order, you'll also receive a Kraft catalog like the one on this website, except that the catalog will feature all of the tools that Kraft makes, not just the concrete tools shown here.  

MINIMUM ORDER

    Our minimum order is only $35.00.

     If you're hesitant to send money to strangers, we don't blame you.  You should always be careful about who you deal with on the internet.  It may help you to know that we've furnished our financial information to PayPal, and we are a PayPal Verified client.

   If you plan to use a MasterCard or Visa card to pay for tools, you should know that you can protest to the card companies if there's a fraudulent charge against your card.  In other words, if we charge your card and don't send your tools, you can tell the card company that you didn't receive them, and they will back charge us for the amount, and you don't have to pay it.

    If you're still nervous about dealing with us, try ordering something inexpensive before you consider placing a larger order.  Since our minimum order is only $35.00, you wouldn't be risking much.

SERVICE

    Orders are normally shipped by UPS ground within 48 hours after receipt of payment.  If you're in a hurry, we can also ship UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3-day for an extra charge.
